You have to submit your proof of community (Community Certificate) for membership approval. Membership and rights of admission is reserved solely for Kongu Vellala Gounder Persons of Indian Descent only.

3. What proof I require for community authenticity?

While registering you will asked to submit the community authencity proof. Submit any one of the following

1. Community certificate (or)
2. School Leaving Certificate (or)
3. Transfer certificate (TC)

4. How to submit the proof of Community authencity?

1. Photo Copy / Scanned Image of the applied member Original Community Certificate
2. Photo Copy / Scanned Image of the applied member School Leaving Certificate
3. Photo Copy / Scanned Image of the applied member Transfer certificate

5. Do you accept any other form of community authencity?

No. We won't accept any other form of community authencity proofs.

6. How to submit the proof of community authencity?

1. Upload while Register: Keep a scanned Image of the Proofs in any Image formats like (Jpeg, Tiffs or Gifs). We recommend you to scan the image in JPEG ( Compressed) format and upload it. If the image size is exceeding 8 MB it won't upload. So before uploading optimize the file for easy uploading.

2. Upload after Registration: If you don't have an proof while registration no need to worry. If your regsitration details are valid (Proper regsitartion information in all steps) we will make you to the status of "New Registrant". This will happen in 24-48 hours after regsitration. You will be intimated about the new status via email and sms. Now you can logon with your user name and use " Edit Profile" - "User Information". There will be a provision for the "Uplaod community proof".

3. Send us a the proof in email: If you couldn't able to uplaod you can send us your registration details with your Community proof. Please note if you are sending an email send us the completed details of when you regsitered, username and date of registration along with your proof attached in your email to contact@kongukalayanamalai.com.

4. Send us a the proof as hard copy: You can also send the proof in as "Hard copy" to our communication address provided in the "Contact us Page"

7. What happens if I don't submit proof for community authenticity?

It is compulsary to produce the proof to register as either free or paid member. We will be intimating you via e-mail / SMSfor the update for authenticity. Please login using your login details and use "Edit Profile" option to update the Verification document required. If you dont update your profile within 7 days it will be automatically deleted from our system.

8. Whether I need community proof for registering as a free member also?

For both free and premium memberships we need communicty authencity. Since free members are listed in the searches we require the authencity.
